Biography

Stanislav Eremin with his teams won nine times Russian championship gold medals.
Under the heading of Eremin - CSKA became 8-time holder of the Russian championship (1991-1999). Team played on the very good level in the European Club Tournament, four times it was in TOP-8 of the best European teams.
In 1996 CSKA with Head Coach Stanislav Eremin won 3 place in the Final Four of the Euroleague in Paris. Except his main job, Eremin took part in the preliminary process of the national team of Russia, in which most of his players play.
As the assistant coach Eremin won the bronze medal of the Eurobasket in Spain (1997) and silver medal of the World championship in Greece (1998).
In 1996-1998 he was named as the best coach of Russia, in 1996 Eremin was in the TOP-5 of the best European coaches and in 1998 the European Basketball Federation management made Eremin the Head Coach of the European Star team on the All-Star Game between Stars of East and West.
Eremin was rewarded with the Merited of sports title after the Eurobasket of 1979, Merited Coach of Russia and Best Coach of the Year (1999) for his distinguished merits in sports. He also was rewarded with honorary degree (for the World Championship of 1982), honorary degree “For the merits in the sport and physical culture development” (1982).
In 1998 by the President statutory order Eremin was awarded with honorary degree. Stanislav Eremin – is the Russian army colonel.
In 2000 – 06 – Head Coach of BC UNICS (Kazan). 2006 – 07 – General Manager of BC UNICS (Kazan).
UNICS under the heading of Eremin stepped to the top-leaders of the Russian and European basketball. UNICS three times won silver and two times bronze medals of the Russian championship, won the Russian Cup and the North-European League Cup, won the FIBA-Europe League.
In 2005-2007 Eremin was recognized the best Russian coach of the Men Superleague tournament. Eremin was awarded with the medal of Tatarstan republic “For the redoubtable labour”.
