Triumph won the 5th place in Russian Championship!

After the serie was 1-1 (Triumph and Dynamo won on their home courts) our team celebrated the victory in the last third game (77:67) and kept the 5th place in the Russian championship.
BC Triumph Head Coach Stanislav Eremin:
- We've won the 5th place in the Russian championship, as we did in the last season. But we don't forget that all our opponents in the league became stronher this year, they signed very strong players, and the level of our league rose in general. So we were fighting for the 5th place against Dynamo Moscow.
Our third game was twofold: the beginning was bervous for us, very hard, and I think that it was the key moment for us. But we made some changes, our team felt the confidence and became the integration on the court.
I want to thank my team for this victory and for the season, for the character and efforts.
I want to sat thanks to all Russian players, they sjowed good game, and it's not casual that six Russian players were in the preliminary extend list of Russian nationla team candidates. I wish them good luck in NT.
I want to thank our foreign players. Thau helped us a lot. Marcus Goree was playing through the pain with the serious shoulder injury during last months, and it is the great behavior of man and player. Bremer and Askrabic also were in the hard situation with the injures, but they also helped the team a lot.
Also the big thanks to all fans from our club, team, players! Thanks for your belief, for your support, thanks that You were with us in the days of victories and defeats. Thanks for being the fan of Triumph! See u the next season!
